I’m not a blogger. Never have been. Honestly, I’m not even much of a blog reader unless I’m looking for something super specific. So, what the fuck am I doing here? Honestly…I don’t really know. But I’m trying new things. I’m trying to share more of my voice and my projects because maybe, just maybe, when you know me a little better, you’ll see yourself in my work—whether that’s my art, my jewelry, or the way I remodel and reimagine spaces.
Because here’s the truth: we don’t get control over a lot in this world (and wow, does that fucking suck). But one thing we do get to control? How we shape our own space and style. And sometimes that starts with something as simple (and powerful, hello threshold!) as a front door. ✨

From Yellow Sunshine to Witchy Portal
When I first moved into my house, I painted my front door bright yellow. I needed something bold and warm to carry me through the heaviness of the pandemic (you know, that little collective trauma chapter we all lived through) and some pretty gnarly personal shit. And that yellow door did its job—it lifted me up when I needed it most.
But a couple of years later, I knew I wanted a change. I perseverated (autistic brain life) on it forever before actually doing the damn thing. You can actually watch me start the painting process in Part 1 of my Instagram video series — where I finally committed to the color shift I’d been dreaming about.

By the time I got to Part 2 of the painting series, things were getting witchier, bolder, and way more me. I knew three things I absolutely needed:
💀 A skull—because duh. I’m obsessed, and skulls are basically my love language.
🐍 A snake—because these past few years have been about transformation and shedding old skin.
🌙 And obviously, moon phases (because I’m a witch, and witches love the moon—it’s practically in the job description).
Add in some new stained-glass-style window film (that I was low-key nervous about at first but ended up loving—you can see me applying it in this IG video), and suddenly my door wasn’t just a door anymore. It was a portal. A self-portrait. A statement.

Joy as Resistance
More than anything, I wanted something that would make the neighbors stop and think: “What has that heathen done now?!” And honestly? That’s always my goal. 😈
Because joy is resistance. Color is survival. And turning a boring suburban entryway into something unapologetically witchy feels like reclaiming power in a world that tries to grind us down. A world that is stripping us of our color at every city block.
If you want to see how the whole vision came together, check out the carousel of photos I posted on Instagram — it really captures the details and the vibe in a way words can’t.
And Here’s the Thing…
I don’t just do this for myself. Home remodeling is part of my work, too. So if you’ve been dreaming about your own bold front door, or a space that feels more you, I’m the perfect witch for the job.
Whether you want a witchy door that screams “✨magical being lives here✨,” a boho refresh that feels like a sanctuary, or something totally your own vibe—I can bring it to life. Doors, rooms, whole homes—I pour the same creativity and attention to detail into my clients’ spaces as I do into my own.
Closing Thoughts
So yeah. I painted my front door teal, green, and purple, covered it in skulls, snakes, and moons, and now it fully announces to the world: a witch lives here. And that feels exactly right. Now I just need to add a “SOLICITORS BEWARE!” sign. 😈
If you’re ready for your own transformation—whether it’s witchy, eclectic, or just unapologetically you—let’s make it happen. 💀🌙🐍✨
