Hi, I’m Kara
I’m a designer, maker, and all-around creative weirdo based in St. Louis. I run Bohemian Enigma Design, where I get to blend interiors, graphics, handi services, jewelry, and art into one big, colorful, magical mess (the good kind).
What I Do
I help people transform their homes and digital spaces into reflections of who they truly are. Some days that means staining doors or tackling wallpaper installs. Other days it’s creating bold interiors, graphic design, or artwork that carries a little mysticism and a lot of personality.
My Style
Eclectic. Colorful. A little witchy. A little boho. Always personal. I believe spaces should tell your story—not follow some boring design rulebook.
Who I Work With
My heart is in empowering women, femmes, and queer folks to bring their visions to life. I love being trusted to go bold, get weird, and design outside the box.
Why It Matters
Because “pretty” isn’t the goal. The goal is a space that feels like home to your spirit. One that supports you, inspires you, and maybe makes your friends a little tiny bit jealous.
